By accessing or using Moun Sehat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Moun Sehat is a booking platform, not a medical provider. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Appointment Booking

Moun Sehat facilitates the booking of appointments with third-party healthcare providers. We do not guarantee that a specific doctor will be available at a specific time. Doctors reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments based on their availability.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Users are requested to cancel appointments at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated "no-shows" (failing to attend without cancelling) may result in the suspension of your account privileges.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moun Sehat, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
